Launched in 2024 by Gastronome Professionnels, the Trophy has established itself as a must-attend event for snacking-industry professionals and street-food enthusiasts. A real showcase for creativity around French poultry, the competition celebrates the innovation, technical skills and know-how of chefs and artisans.

Come and meet the two finalists in this competition, who will go head-to-head in a crisp one-hour duel, during which they will create their signature recipe.

In 2026, the competition joins the trend towards fried chicken, the star of modern snacking. The finalists will have to come up with an inventive and technically-sophisticated sandwich, combining texture, taste and creativity to bring out the best in French poultry.
