Organised in partnership with the ACIF, this new competition invites pastaioli to showcase their expertise through one of the staples of Italian gastronomy. Candidates will be assessed by official FIC judges from Italy.
NEW! French Italian Pizza Cup
Organised in partnership with the AVPN, the competition celebrates two icons of Italian culinary expertise: Pizza Napoletana, prepared in keeping with tradition, and Pizza al Taglio. An official FIC jury will select the winners.

The event will also bring together more than thirty exhibitor booths, showcasing snacking offerings from Italian manufacturers and producers: olive oils and flavored oils, signature vinegars, Sicilian tortine, truffle arancini, pistachio toppings, flavorful pestos, sparkling lemonades, craft beers, and wines from renowned terroirs…
