French Italian Pasta Cup
The must-attend pasta event — 25 March, from 9am to 6pm
The French Italian Pasta Cup, organised in partnership with the ACIF, will offer pastaioli a new arena in which to compete, centred around another staple of Italian gastronomy.
To ensure the highest standards throughout the competition, official FIC judges from Italy will assess the candidates and oversee the events in accordance with the federation’s standards. As a partner of both French Cups, ILIF will play a key role in their organisation alongside the Italian institutions.
