French Pasta Championship

The must-attend event for pasta enthusiasts, April 2nd from 9am to 6pm

 

A friendly and endlessly adaptable dish, pasta continues to captivate the French thanks to its ability to cater to all culinary desires. To celebrate this enthusiasm, the French Pasta Championship, organized by the Association of French Pizzerias and Oggi Pasta, is returning at Snack Show.

2026 challenges

  • Dry pasta: create a dish inside a half-wheel of Gran Moravia cheese (with support from Barilla)
  • Fresh pasta: prepare customized ravioli (Granarolo will provide its dairy products).

The competition is organised by the Association of French Pizzerias (APF) and Oggi Pasta.
