An iconic chef and winner of Top Chef 2021, Mohamed Cheikh has made his mark with a modern and generous Mediterranean cuisine, driven by an accessible and creative vision. At the head of Meïda and the concepts Chik’Chill and Meatpack Steakhouse, he continually explores new ways of telling the story of gastronomy.
At Snack Show, he will lead the conference “Fried Chicken: when a trend becomes a brand”, sharing his unique perspective on the rise of this phenomenon and on how culinary inspiration can evolve into a strong and sustainable concept.
