French Italian Pizza Cup
The hallmark of Italian authenticity — 24 and 25 March 2027, from 9am to 6pm
The French Italian Pizza Cup, organised in partnership with the AVPN, will celebrate two classics of Italian culinary expertise: Pizza Napoletana, prepared according to AVPN standards, and Pizza al Taglio.
More than just a speciality, Neapolitan pizza is a true symbol of Italian gastronomy. From the famous Pizza Margherita, traditionally created in Naples in 1889, to the inclusion of the Art of Neapolitan Pizzaiuolo on UNESCO’s Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2017, it embodies expertise passed down from generation to generation.
This Italian heritage will take centre stage in the competitions held at Snack Show / Parizza+Gusto.
