Donut enthusiasts and experts from all over France will compete for the coveted title of French Donut Champion.

Soft, indulgent, creative… Behind a fresh and delicious donut lies a demanding technique and a level of craftsmanship far more intricate than it seems!

This competition aims to showcase the precision and creativity required to craft an authentic artisanal donut — a creation worthy of standing among the icons of fine pastry, right alongside the classic chocolate éclair.


2026 challenges

Entrants will compete using Dawn Foods Donut Mix:

Classic Donut
Mandatory format: 60 g ring donut, enhanced with Dawn Premium Crystal Glaze. A challenge to test technical mastery of donut making and glazing.

Beignet Theme
A free interpretation of the iconic beignet, the star of pastry displays, showcasing each contestant’s creativity and signature style.

Plant-Based & Instagrammable Donut
Create a 100% plant-based donut that is visually irresistible and designed to shine on social media. A challenge combining creativity, modernity, and commitment.
