The Plant-Based Challenge is back this year to celebrate innovation and creativity in plant-based cuisine. Designed for foodservice professionals, this competition offers a delicious challenge focused on plant-based snacking through three inspiring rounds.

2026 Challenges

1 - World Sandwich 

Candidates will reinterpret a sandwich inspired by a cuisine from around the world, highlighting plant‑based alternatives and a balanced combination of flavors.

2 - Caterer-style Bite

A test focused on technical expertise and practicality, requiring candidates to create a plant‑based bite that can be eaten without cutlery.

3 - Free Creation

Let your imagination run free: a sweet or savory recipe, 100% plant‑based, allowing candidates to fully express their creativity.
