Plant-based Challenge  


The Plant-Based Challenge is back this year to celebrate innovation and creativity in plant-based cuisine. Designed for foodservice professionals, this competition offers a delicious challenge focused on plant-based snacking through three inspiring rounds. 

2026 Challenges

1 - World Sandwich (hot or cold) with Bonduelle

Participants will reinvent a sandwich inspired by world cuisine, highlighting plant-based alternatives and flavor pairings.

2 - Caterer-Style Snack (bite-sized) with Bonduelle and Redefine Meat

This round invites contestants to create a plant-based bite that can be enjoyed without utensils, showcasing technical skill, practicality, and culinary creativity.

3 - Plant-Based Dessert

Participants must imagine a 100% plant-based dessert that is balanced and indulgent, proving that plant-based pastry can be synonymous with pleasure and innovation.
